Introduction:
  Many companies have a large number of properties that are not essential to their
business. Changes in production methods and techniques and the streamlining
and restructuring of companies means that fewer and fewer areas are required.
To some extent little is known about their location, size and condition. Also early
initial evaluations may have shown that the cost of possible preparation of land for
building is clearly higher than the value of the property and the option therefore was
not pursued any further.
 
Concept:
  Our concept sees the generation of extraordinary profits for properties or part of
properties which are no longer essential for business through the use - in contrast
to earlier processes - of significantly more valuable methods for the return of
contaminated areas into the business cycle on a new financial basis.
Also included are non-contaminated properties.
   
The fact that land is contaminated should not be the sole driving force for
  remediation
  the intended long-term land use should be considered, together with clean up
  goals appropriate to the intendeduse and the intrinsic value of the land
  Remediation should only be undertaken as part of acost-effective total strategy
  to add value to the land
